They usually will ask you to buy them a ladydrink first, my advice is to be firm and say no to the ones you're not interested in.
Expect your damage to up 1.3-1.5k total and don't go there too early. 9-10pm onwards. You go too early and the mamasan there will just badger you to buy her drinks.
