For me, it depends on whether i met the lady before. If first time, i rather go out first for dinner or drinks, get her a little horny and build chemistry before going back room to do 1 or 2 shots. I usually find the session better and more intense. If I have been with the lady before, it's always go shoot first and then relax with food and drinks (in or outside hotel) since there is already chemistry. Just don't get the lady drunk if drinking, otherwise will be a lonely night
For LT, usually the 2nd or 3rd shot will be in the morning, but from my experience, the guy usually has to initiate unless the lady damn horny or she is your regular.
