Hello ka! For this customer I screenshot. This is a miscommunication and the percentage of fault I let every brother here judge. The conclusion is I let the lady to discuss with this customer. The lady told me she stayed as late as she could and I absorbed the extra fee for the lady already.

I am the customer. Unfortunately, you did not bother to show the bros here the last part of the conversation where you ghosted me. I kept my screenshots.
I did not get any help on that day, and I salvaged the night with private negotiations with the girl. In the end I still got shortchanged when I clearly asked for overnight. I don't think overnight has a lot of room for interpretation.
Not sure about what fee that got absorbed, I remain friends with the girl and I know she's not happy with how much of a cut the agents took. If people are interested, I paid 20k and only 10k went to the girl.
