In case a group of 4 is reduced to 3 teams during the competition, the 2 best runners up of the groups of 4 will be determined by taking into account their results with the 1st & 3rd of their respective groups w/o taking into account their results against the last team of their groups in order 2 allow the 2nd of the group reduced 2 3 teams 2 remain in the race for the 2 best 2nd.
