Went to take measurement recently and results shown that my body fat score belongs to "Under" and Muscle Quality for my body is High (at 100 percent!!) Hardwork indeed pays off and I hope I can maintain my ABS line & perky ASS in the future again!
(despite my love for Magnum ice-cream )
