Bros, going to Penang and staying at eastern and oriental hotel... Not familiar with the area there, any Bros got recommendation or advice for lup sup bars or FLs there ?

Hoping to hit the base upon arrival and not wanting to spend time roam around like what I used to (staying for one night for transit only)
