Advise you to go for full STD screening bro. Really. I recently went for one and spoke with the doctor. Some STD like gonorrhoea and Chlamydia usually no symptoms one but the bacteria once it's in your body, will always stay in there unless you get treated. Will cause you some issues down the line. Doc told me even got case guy some time later lost a testicle due to this.
And like bro uvnr mentioned, if wife have or you have and pass it to wife, when have baby got chance baby will have deformity.
