Not only in terms of skill, but intent and concerns as well.
For example, sex with your significant other, has the purpose of pleasuring both parties. You have to enjoy it, and you have to make sure she enjoys it too. There is some aspect of pressure, especially if she's not as "horny" as you. So, you'd need to work harder, be more attentive.
To a WL, you don't need to because it's their job to pleasure you. I know, some will work hard to make sure they pleasure the WL too. The difference is, the WL will say or act like it's working, she'll give u the reaction she thinks you want. A significant other or partner may be more honest, and that honesty might not be what the guy likes.
