Hi all,

I would like to share some info on how to streaming the movie file from your Mega Cloud Drive to your Android device to play directly without download the whole file first. If you have any other way to do it. Please share the app name in this >> thread.

1. Go to Play store install MEGA Mobile Streaming app and logon using same account & password as your Mega account.


2. Make sure the movie file you want to play already imported to your Mega cloud drive.

3. if not, when you click on the Mega share link, select the Import

This is what you suppose to see at computer browser. You need to have MEGAsync installed in your PC and logon to your Mega account first.
Click the Mega share link from forum, the browser pop up another tab.
Click Import to your Cloud Drive


This is what you suppose to see at your phone. You need to have MEGA app installed from play store and logon to your Mega account first.
Click the Mega link and use MEGA to open the link.


Click IMPORT


4. Then open MEGA Mobile Streaming, find the movie file from your Mega Cloud Drive which you want to play. Click it and select Streaming.


After some buffering the movie should start to play. The movie play should automatic use your phone default media player.
Remember adjust the sound volume when first time using the app.

1. Use your anonymous email account. go to mega.nz website register an account and install the MEGAsync in your PC.

2. After that there is a MEGA tray icon on PC, Login to you account. Open and click on the global MEGA website on PC MEGA tray icon. Then the web page of MEGA should pop up.

3. You can create and manage your folder such like Music, Movie now.

4. Right click the space area you want to upload, a pop up list come up and select file or folder upload. (You can check the transfer status from MEGAsync.)

5. After the movie finished upload. Check the file size is it correct.

6. Right click the file or folder in your MEGA Cloud, a pop up list come up and click Get Link. Click Copy.

7. Open a web page and paste the link at URL to test it.

8. If ok, you can use it for sharing.

9. Find a movie poster image link from web, or www.imdb.com , or upload one post together.

That's it.

PS: DO NOT use the same anonymous email account for communicate and reply. Important.

Forgot to mention, when you register MEGA. Check carefully the Welcome to MEGA email message. There is a recovery key you need to backup. Click the link in the email and save the MEGA-RECOVERYKEY.txt file to somewhere you should remember.

Coz, when you forgot the password. you need the recovery key to recover and change a new password for access the existing file in your account.
If you can not find your recovery key. You still can use your email address to recover the account. But all file inside will be locked and they will assign the new 50GB space for you. This is for prevent someone have access of your email, can change your Mega account password and see your file.
