thanks to bro Autumnson, I went to another shop at this stretch, with red signboard X**** Y** TCM.

Shop: abit run-down, and very close to kopitiam so human traffic quite high.
ML looks: 8/10 late 20s, very toned, abit cute.
Massage: 8/10 really got effort and concentrate on a good rub until the end
HJ: 6/10 can roam abit, but nothing special, decent job.
Price 10/10 good reasonable pricing 1B + 1B.

RTM? yes because ML is sincere, and massage is good, most importantly pricing is friendly for the type of environment and type of service!
