Affordable depends on how you look it; the Shop / Services / MLs & location.

$50.00 - Cat3 curtain, noisy, no bath facility in room, hygiene issue etc...
$68.00 - Cat1 room with bath facility, quiet environment, hygienic and clean etc...

PAP didn't ask you to buy from NTUC, but you still go. Ask yourself why ...
