eh...from what i reckon,it depends on the weather outside tso when e.g in China,they really hang out on those drying lines,but clothes hardly gets dry easily,in Thailand,despite the 34-35 degrees,it takes a long while to dry up,similarly in Philippines,Cambodia,it dries up pretty fast,even in Vietnam it takes pretty fast for it to dry.
