Long time lurker of east. Actually don't like that she keep pushing 88 and claim above market rate. Can bargain with her but to me I rather avoid. There are other MLs and other shops willing to go for standard rate.

Certain % of the entrance the ML will receive so 88 will receive more. Or the boss ask the ML to aim for that
